The Palo Alto rancho home site of nineteenth-century pioneer settler Juana Briones will soon be demolished. Before this last physical remnant of her legacy is destroyed, you are invited to an exhibit to pay tribute to this important Bay Area historical figure. This exhibit is sponsored by Professor Al Camarillo, Department of History, and students from his Public History/Public Service course.

Dear friends of Juana Briones-
I extend a personal invitation for you to join us for a public history exhibit my students and I have prepared to commemorate the life of Juana Briones. I hope you will be able to attend.
